Cleaner, Facility Maintenance

About the Role

Atlas FM is looking for a Cleaner to support operational cover across our sites. This is a zero‑hours role with no guaranteed minimum hours; shifts will be offered as business needs arise. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered, and you should be able to support ad‑hoc cover when available.

Hourly Rate – £13.45

Location – Loughborough, LE127NG

• Dedicate your time on site to meet the needs of Atlas’ clients seamlessly.
• Undergo induction at the start of your contract and receive training within the first week.
• Deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment safely.
• Provide high standard customer care across varied shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials, with full training provided.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards and use full training offered.
• Work collaboratively with a team that strives for excellence.
