* About the Role:

** Based at
** Lantern Lane Primary School Annex, LE12 6QN
**, you will be working
** 7:00am to 8:30am and 4:30pm to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday**,
** 15 hours per week, 52 weeks per year**. You'll play a key role in providing high quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.
** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Carrying out day to day maintenance and minor repairs.
* Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
* Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
* Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
* Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and having a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety, all training will be provided.
* Opening and securing the premises as required.
