Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking to contribute to the rapid turnaround of properties?

We are currently seeking a dedicated Voids Operative to join our team and play a vital role in preparing empty homes for new residents.

As a Voids Operative, you will be part of our specialised team responsible for transforming vacant properties swiftly and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include basic cleaning and clearance duties, water management tasks, and operating gutter cleaning equipment after appropriate training.

You will support the team with key property turnaround tasks such as keysafe removals, delivering and collecting keys, and topping up energy meters, ensuring the properties are ready for new occupants.

• Conduct thorough cleaning and clearance of void properties
• Assist with water management activities as required
• Operate gutter cleaning equipment following training
• Support with keysafe removals, keys handovers, and energy meter topping-up
• Provide general laboring assistance to builders and team members
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout all tasks

• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual tasks
• Previous cleaning or laboring experience is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Full UK Driving License

This is a contract position ideal for individuals seeking temporary work, with the opportunity to develop skills in property maintenance and cleaning. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training to support their duties.
