As a Trainee Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining various fire and sometimes security systems to ensure their optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- -Conducting routine maintenance of fire alarm systems.
- -Delivering a high level of service to our customers
- -Completing accurate maintenance reports and documentation
- -Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- -Working independently and as part of a team as required
- -Direct experience in a similar role is not essential - we will give you the tools and skills to succeed!
- -Ambition and drive to become a qualified maintenance engineer through our training
- -Someone who is proficient in problem-solving
- -Have a full, clean UK driving license
- -Are flexible and able to work on-call or overtime as required
- -Possess strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients
