• Team management experience in a logistics setting (essential)
• Experience with HR responsibilities such as absence management, 1‑2‑1s, investigations (essential)
• Experience working in an automated environment and managing a team using MHE (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills and able to inspire and engage your team (essential)
