Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed Term – 6 months

Shift Pattern: Friday – Monday, Day Shift 06:30 – 18:30

Location: Derby – DE74 2BB

• Assist operational management by initiating, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and staff performance for the designated shift.
• Implement productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, monitoring stock movement and control, and ensuring all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames while maintaining standards of excellence.
• Take responsibility for Health and Safety across the operation and drive a Safety First Culture, ensuring all staff are safe at all times.
• Support a continuous improvement programme to increase efficient and effective working practices within the operation.

• Previous experience in a similar people management role within warehousing/supply chain.
• Customer management experience is advantageous.
• IT literacy and experience using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Start‑up experience is desirable.
