Administration Manager

North Leicester

C £35,000 p.a.

The Company:

ER Recruitment are working with our client, a well-established, privately owned business with a close-knit team and ambitious plans for the future. The leadership team is open, supportive and genuinely wants someone who will challenge the status quo, bring fresh thinking and help modernise how the business operates day to day.

Role & Responsibilities of the Administration Manager:

* Owning and improving office administration systems, processes and filing

* Running day-to-day administrative and operational systems

* Managing invoicing processes including raising invoices and chasing payments

* Completing finance administration and liaising with external accountants as needed

* Maintaining records, templates and documentation so information is easy to access and up to date

* Identifying inefficiencies and proactively suggesting improvements

* Supporting general operational coordination across the business

* Taking on increasing responsibility over time as the role grows

About You as the Administration Manager:
