We are seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a solo childrens residential home for a young person with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker, Team Leader or current Deputy Manager who is ready to take on greater leadership responsibility within a supportive and progressive organisation.

As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance. You will provide visible leadership, support staff development and help create a stable, nurturing and therapeutic environment. As this is a solo home, the successful candidate must understand the importance of consistent staffing, careful risk management, strong relationships and personalised care planning.

• Support the Registered Manager with the effective day-to-day management of the home.
