CRH’s Tarmac division is embarking on a major transformation programme. We are seeking a Change, Communications & Training Lead to own the change strategy for a new order-to-dispatch system across the organisation.
You will influence senior leaders, engage frontline teams and ensure adoption across multiple sites and functions. This role requires strategic thinking, proven transformation experience and the ability to drive cross-functional teams through complex change.
