You’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting state-of-the-art machinery, minimizing downtime, and implementing proactive maintenance strategies to maximize efficiency.
Salary – £57,800
Shift pattern – 3 on 3 off, 12‑hour shifts, 6‑6 (rotating days and nights)

Maintenance Engineer – Kegworth, Derbyshire
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Engineering Team Leader to deliver a high‑quality engineering service.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults rapidly.
- Complete a full range of maintenance activities across the entire installed asset base within your work area.
- Continuously improve performance to deliver site efficiency and performance standards.
- Get involved with factory improvement projects.
- Minimum Level 3 engineering qualification or time‑served.
- Multi‑skilled background – experience with processing equipment such as pipework, pumps, silos, turning equipment.
- Confident in proposing new ideas and suggestions.
- Accurate and detail‑oriented in daily tasks and duties.
- Experience fault‑finding in panels, sensors, relays, inverters, drives, motors, pumps, pneumatics, and pipework.
