Production Operative – Kaminsky Consulting
Kaminsky Consulting, a Market Leading Product Manufacturer, is hiring a Production Operative to support our automated production line. The successful candidate will be a proactive, team‑oriented professional focused on quality and process excellence.
We provide industry leading training and progression within the company.
Benefits- Salary circa £35,000
- Overtime paid at a premium
- 33 days holiday pro rata
- Work Monday to Friday
- Location:
Loughborough
- Experience working on an automated production line ensuring product manufacturing meets QA expectations
- Monitoring machinery and reporting issues
- Making manufacturing adjustments and adhering to 5S principles
- Quality testing of specific batches, reporting any issues
- Knowledge of SCADA and PLC systems in a state‑of‑the‑art facility
- Operating production machinery to produce high‑quality products
- Manual packing and movement of heavy products
- Maintaining 5S housekeeping and environmental management standards
- Operating a range of machines as part of a multi‑skilled team
- Full UK driving licence required due to site location
Full‑time employment. Entry level.
