About the Role

We are currently looking for a reliable and skilled Assembly Operative to join our client's production team. The role involves building frames from scratch by following technical drawings and using a variety of hand and power tools. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in producing high-quality assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

. Assemble frames from scratch using drawings and specifications
. Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
. Use hand tools, power tools, and drills safely and effectively
. Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards
. Work independently as well as part of a team
. Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Skills & Experience Required
. Previous experience in assembly, fabrication, or a similar hands-on role
. Ability to read and work from engineering or technical drawings
. Confident using tools and drills
. Good attention to detail and workmanship
. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
. Ability to meet production deadlines
