60 is looking to recruit a Customer Operations Supervisor to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Leicestershire.

Pay Rate£30,000/annum, £14.42/hour
Job Type3 Month Contract
LocationLeicestershire
Hours8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week (30 min break)
No Overtime Available.

The Role- Support customers by placing and managing stock and non‑stock orders
- Expedite orders using the order system and liaise daily with suppliers
- Ensure orders are placed within required time frames for best price and lead time
- Assist with booking in deliveries and allocating stock within the storeroom
- Carry out manual handling of engineering components
- Provide excellent service to on‑site engineers collecting parts
- Source non‑stock items and update stock systems accordingly
- Support on‑site team operations during management absence to maintain service levels
- Confident with basic IT systems (email, data entry, stock/order systems)
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
- Able to meet the physical demands of manual handling
- Experience in stores, procurement, office, or engineering environments is beneficial
- Supervisory or ERP/stock system experience is advantageous but not essential
