As Production Manager, you'll take responsibility for leading manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest levels of quality, safety and GMP compliance.

• Leading day‑to‑day pharmaceutical manufacturing operations within a GMP environment.
• Managing, coaching and developing a team of approximately 30 employees, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Ensuring all production activities comply with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Representing the manufacturing function during customer and regulatory inspections.
• Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet business and customer requirements.
• Monitoring KPIs, productivity and performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives where appropriate.
• Working cross‑functionally with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and other departments to drive operational excellence.

• Previous leadership experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience managing production teams in a GMP‑regulated environment.
• A degree, HND or equivalent qualification in a Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
