About The Role
Working as part of our Operations team, you will be responsible for the planning of production and material supply activities in line with project and customer needs to ensure all material is available in a timely and cost-effective manner to support the planned build/consumption dates.

Working as part of our Operations team, you will be responsible for the planning of production and material supply activities in line with project and customer needs to ensure all material is available in a timely and cost-effective manner to support the planned build/consumption dates. You will ensure demand plans are clearly communicated to suppliers, production and projects, working closely with the respective teams to gain early visibility of requirements.
You will maintain accurate ERP data (e.g. supplier commit dates, lead-times, MOQs) to ensure accurate MRP/PMRP. You will create and maintain clear-to-build reporting, identifying constraints, risks and actions, ensuring clear and timely reporting to stakeholders, actively managing and resolve material supply issues. You will provide necessary inputs into S&OP and MRP processes and manage the outputs. You will be responsible for ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are handled appropriately by working closely with suppliers and our Logistics & Trade Compliance Co-ordinator (value of goods declared, process adherence, etc).
You will monitor supplier performance KPIs and support supplier and process improvements. It is key to us that you have strong organisational skills and the ability to work with a flexible and solutions focused approach, in an agile and fast paced environment. You must also be an effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team. A good level of commercial awareness and supplier relationship skills are also essential.
You
You will ideally hold an HNC, HND or degree (or equivalent) in a relevant business-related subject. You will have a proven track record of planning and/or procurement in a manufacturing environment and experience of the creation and control of Bills of Materials. You will have experience of working with an ERP system. You will be able to demonstrate experience in timely and accurate reporting.
