The Opportunity

The Production Manager of GMP Operations is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery and execution of GMP manufacturing operations within a production.

This includes leadership of people, systems, and processes to achieve operational excellence, sustained inspection readiness, cost control, and business growth.

The role has end-to-end ownership of day-to-day manufacturing performance, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, people capability, and continuous improvement, while ensuring sustained inspection readiness and alignment to site objectives.
