Production Operator

We are currently recruiting Production Fabricators / Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Loughborough on a temporary ongoing basis.

The Production Operator role is a hands-on role working within a skilled production environment, carrying out gluing, heat bending and assembly work to create high-quality finished products. The role requires someone with excellent attention to detail, good manual dexterity and a steady hand.

Hours:

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)

Pay Rate:

£12.71 - £12.85 per hour

Overtime:

Available when required and paid at overtime rates

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out gluing and bonding tasks accurately
Heat bending materials using specialist equipment
Assembling components to meet quality standards
Following work instructions and production processes
Completing quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
Maintaining a safe, tidy and organised working area
Working proactively to support the production team

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication or a similar hands-on environment
Excellent attention to detail and a steady hand
Good practical skills and manual dexterity
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
A willingness to learn new skills and processes
Reliability and a strong work ethic
