Machine ​/ Warehouse Operative

We’re currently looking for an experienced Machine Operator / Warehouse Operative to join a busy team in Loughborough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating slitter/rewinder machinery and label application machinery, helping to produce high-quality products.

A valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Flexi) is essential, as you’ll also support the wider warehouse operation, including:

• Goods-in and goods-out
• Picking and packing
• Quality control
• Planning production schedules
• Operating production machinery
• Working effectively both independently and as part of a team

Hourly Rate:
You will be paid £16.00 an hour for your hard work.

Holiday pay will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. You will get a 1 hour lunch break.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 2 years of machine operating experience
• You must have an in-date FLT licence (counterbalance / flexi)
• Have your own transport due to shift time and location
• Be hardworking, a team player, and have good planning skills.
