Excellent role on offer for an experienced Engineer looking to join a market leading company where you will be regarded as the Technical Specialist and play a key part in the Manufacturing process.
Do you have experience with managing projects/products through the Manufacturing process? Are you looking for a position where you will be heavily involved in day to day operations of a Market leading company?
This market leading company are widely regarded as a leading force in their specialist industry. Predominantly specialising in the manufacture of be-spoke equipment for a range of clients, this company have gone from strength to strength. Due to this expansion, they are actively looking to recruit a Technical Manager to support this growth.
In this role you will manage a small, highly skilled team to ensure the manufacture and compliance of a high quality, product range. You will be involved heavily in NPD and liaise with international suppliers.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience/ knowledge managing a product to market however not essential. You will ideally have experience in a similar position and looking to join a market leading company who will offer excellent development.
The Role- Oversee quality of products being Manufactured
- Being hands on to be able to help any shop floor staff
- Manage the teams time and workload
£50'000- £55'000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits The Candidate-
The Candidate- Must have experience within a Manufacturing industry
- Technical Manager, Production, Quality, Design experience or similar
- Willing to commute or live local to Loughborough
