Location: Shepshed
Encyclis Newhurst Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) near Shepshed, Leicestershire, is seeking Day Operators to support daily waste handling and energy production. You will ensure waste deliveries happen reliably, supervise loaders, and help maintain logs and safety standards on a rotating shift (6:30am–10pm) with occasional Saturdays.
The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate data entry, and clear communication with colleagues and external parties. Training will be provided for equipment as needed.
