Production Operative

A Production Operative position is available in Kegworth, offering full-time, ongoing work with a temp-to-perm pathway. The role pays £12.92 per hour for day shifts and £14.86 for nights, operating on a rotational pattern of four days on, four days off, with twelve-hour shifts from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am. Your duties involve working on a modern production line, securing items into appropriate boxes, and handling goods to ensure correct packing within an ambient setting.

Timed deadlines are a key focus. Given the location near East Midlands Gateway, your own transport is likely necessary. This role suits individuals who are reliable and comfortable with physical, repetitive tasks.
