Engineering Production & Materials Coordinator

The Agency is recruiting for a Production & Materials Coordinator to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands engineering metal,materials and manufacturing and wants to develop into a varied role combining production coordination, stock control, planning and technical systems.

You might already work within production planning or materials, or you could be working in a hands-on steel environment and looking for that next step into a more office-based position.

You'll sit right at the heart of the production operation, helping to make sure the right materials are available, prepared and processed at the right time.

Day to day, you'll:

• Coordinate materials and preparation requirements against the production schedule.

• Manage and maintain accurate stock and inventory information.

• Work closely with production and materials teams to track stock and availability.

• Plan and prioritise work in line with manufacturing deadlines.

• Allocate work to appropriate production equipment based on capacity and requirements.
