10 Recruitment are partnering with a market-leading manufacturer of specialist equipment supplied to a range of industry sectors, including heavy engineering, who are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join their established team in Leicestershire. This is a key hire, offering you a unique chance to showcase your skills and contribute to the production of high-quality, technically interesting products.

You’ll be working with mild and stainless steel, primarily producing cylindrical equipment using MIG welding processes, including Fronius welding plants. While you will be part of a small team of welders, much of the work will be carried out independently, allowing you to take full ownership of your tasks. This role offers the chance to engage in varied and technically interesting work, covering the full fabrication process from raw materials to finished products.

• Marking out materials:
  Accurately measure and mark materials for cutting and fabrication.

  Prepare metals for welding and fabrication, ensuring a high-quality finish.
