No previous production experience is required – full training is provided!

The Role As a Production Operative, you’ll be working as part of a team within a clean, modern production environment. Your duties will include:

Working on a state-of-the-art production line

Packing and securing products into the correct boxes ready for dispatch

Handling goods safely and ensuring they are packed correctly

Working in an ambient working environment

Following processes and meeting timed production deadlines

Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

Shift Patterns We have opportunities across rotating shift patterns, including both static shifts and 4-on 4-off rotations.

Static rotating shifts may include:

06:00 – 14:00

14:00 – 22:00

You may be required to rotate between morning and afternoon shifts depending on the position.

4-on 4-off shifts are also available, offering a great work-life balance with four days on followed by four days off.

💷 Pay:

£12.92 per hour

£19.37 per hour overtime rate
