Wiltech Acoustics — now proudly part of Rehlko (formerly Kohler Energy) — is entering an exciting phase of growth and investment. Now integrated into Rehlko’s global energy-resilience group, Wiltech continues to build on its reputation as a leading UK specialist in acoustic canopies, generator enclosures, and industrial noise-control engineering. Based in Loughborough, our manufacturing facility handles everything in‑house — from raw material processing to welding, fabrication, painting, and full assembly of bespoke acoustic units.

The Role
- Cut, shape and assemble steel plate components
- Building parts/assemblies to engineering drawings with precision
- Ensure quality is keep to a high standard through out and carry out visual inspections to ensure fabrication & build is correct to drawings.
- Manoeuvre fabrication machines, such as grinders, drill presses, brakes, rolls, shears and flame cutters to cut, bend, grind and adjust materials
- Working from engineering drawings & specifications and correct revisions
- Place each product component in its appropriate spot as noted in the blueprints, Engineer, Technical drawings for proper alignment by using the correct hand tools
- Grinding, burning and other fabrication tasks
- Review blueprints, drawings and other specification papers before starting work on a fabrication process and during the steps to ensure accurate completion
