Working as a Production Operative in Loughborough, this contract role involves supporting moulding production within an engineering setting. Fifteen positions are available, with an initial three-month term and potential to transfer to permanent status from around week twelve. The pay rate is £13.72 hourly, rising to £15.42 on shifts. Operatives rotate across double days and afternoons: week one runs 5:45-13:45, while week two covers 13:45-22:15 Monday to Thursday and 13:45-19:15 on Friday.
Duties include completing four weeks of induction training then assisting daily moulding tasks, operating machinery, and following site procedures to meet output targets. Reliability and attention to safety are essential.

What you''ll be doing:- Training for the first 4 weeks after induction, to get up to speed with the process
