Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re not your typical lettings agency – at loc8me, we’re innovative, unconventional, and always one step ahead. And now… we’re growing our marketing team!

About Us:

We’re bold, competitive, and proudly disruptive. We’ve built a fast‑paced, fun, and supportive environment where ambition is celebrated and creativity is encouraged. If you’re looking for a role that’s more than just a job – where your ideas matter, your energy is valued, and your growth is real – this is the place to be.

Key duties and requirements include:
  • Manage and grow all social media platforms. Oversee day‑to‑day activity across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In – ensuring consistent posting, timely responses to comments/DMs, and proactive community engagement. Continuously seek opportunities to increase followers, improve engagement, and elevate the brand’s online presence.
  • Plan and deliver content calendars and brand awareness campaigns. Create structured monthly content plans that reflect loc8me’s tone of voice and student‑first ethos. Generate ideas for campaigns that build brand visibility, drive interest in our properties, and strengthen the loc8me identity across all platforms.
  • Oversee and coordinate student influencer partnerships. Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with student influencers. Brief them on campaign goals, review content to ensure authenticity and alignment with brand values, and track the performance of influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance. Use analytics tools to assess engagement, reach, sentiment, and audience growth. Compile monthly reports and use insights to refine strategy, identify trends, and recommend opportunities to improve content and campaign performance.
  • Organise branded merchandise. Support the marketing manager in planning, sourcing, and distributing branded items – ensuring merchandise aligns with campaign goals, events, and overall brand expression.
  • Collaborate on paid Meta and Tik Tok campaigns. Work with the marketing manager to design, build, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok. Contribute to audience targeting, creative direction, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Support and develop local business partnerships. Build relationships with local businesses, student groups, and community organisations to strengthen loc8me’s presence in each city. Explore joint promotions, event partnerships, and collaborative campaigns that enhance community engagement.
  • Plan, create, and deliver email and SMS campaigns. Develop targeted content for email and SMS communications, using segmentation and A/B testing to maximise open rates, click‑through rates, and conversion. Ensure all messaging is on‑brand and aligned with broader marketing goals.
  • Assist in brand activations, local events, and partnership collaborations. Help plan and execute in‑person marketing activities such as student fairs, city‑specific events, pop‑ups, and collaborative activations. Ensure all events are delivered smoothly, creatively, and in line with loc8me’s brand standards.
Essential skills:
  • Confident, creative, and collaborative – with a genuine interest in student culture and community.
  • Skilled in social media management, content creation, and paid marketing.
  • Organised and detail‑oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable analysing data to optimise performance.
  • Passionate about connecting people and building communities.
  • Experience in a marketing related role (Desirable).
