Brand & Community Lead

Our brand lives in student culture online, across our cities, and in the communities we serve. We’re now looking for a Brand & Community Lead to own how loc8me shows up, connects, and stands out. The Role

As Brand & Community Lead, you’ll be responsible for shaping loc8me’s brand presence across digital channels, campaigns, events, and local communities. You’ll own our social platforms, build engaged student communities, and bring the loc8me brand to life across every city we operate in, working closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing & Brand Executive, branch teams, and partners to make sure our brand is consistent, relevant, and commercially effective.

Key duties and requirements include:
  • Owning and growing loc8me’s social media channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In)
  • Creating and delivering campaigns aligned to student life and lettings cycles
  • Building engaged student communities and brand advocates
  • Managing student influencer relationships and collaborations
  • Supporting Freshers’, housing fairs, pop‑ups, and brand activations
  • Working with branches to ensure strong local brand presence
  • Tracking performance and using insight to improve results
Essential skills
  • Strong understanding of student culture, trends, and digital behaviour
  • Proven experience in social media, brand, or community‑focused roles
  • Creative, confident, and comfortable taking ownership
  • Commercially aware you understand that brand drives demand
  • Organised, proactive, and collaborative

Job Type: Full‑time
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000

Predominantly Loughborough (travel to other branches required)
