Level 3 Marketing Apprentice

• Supporting the UK&I marketing team to deliver their marketing objectives
• Responsible for some core AWC Brands to ensure delivery of sales targets as well as providing marketing support for the business
• Product Management of key brands (non-focus portfolios to maintain sales revenue)
• Marketing Support for Med/Surg - assistant to marketing team
• Manage key marketing sharepoint sites and website
• Implementing and rolling out centrally developed marketing campaigns
• Supporting with data analysis, reporting, and using spreadsheets
• Coordinating activity across teams and ensuring smooth execution

• A Levels, or BTEC Level 3 National Diploma/ Extended Diploma, or Equivalent vocational qualification
• Some experience gained through work, placement, internship, temporary role, or part time employment in a marketing, commercial, administrative, or customer facing environment
• Working to deadlines with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working as part of a team in a structured, professional environment
• Exposure to medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences is desirable
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using standard digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office) and learning new systems
• Proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop in marketing
• An interest in data, analysis, or commercially focused tasks
• Comfort working with Excel or similar tools
• Strong organisational and execution skills
• An interest in data as well as marketing
• A full UK driving licence is essential, as occasional travel may be required e.g. sales visits and attendance at key conferences.

Demonstrates strong organizational and execution skills in supporting marketing objectives, with a focus on data analysis and effective communication. Proficient in managing marketing activities and collaborating across teams within the healthcare or life sciences sectors.
