We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–4 years' marketing experience who wants to develop a broad skill set across B2B marketing and gain exposure to campaigns, demand generation, events, digital, content, agencies and marketing operations.
The Marketing Executive will work across the wider Marketing team, supporting the delivery of campaigns and initiatives that build brand awareness, engage our target audiences and contribute to pipeline and revenue generation.
This is a hands-on role. You will be involved in everything from coordinating campaigns and managing external agencies to organising local events, supporting digital activity and analysing campaign performance. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of smaller marketing projects from planning through to execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities Campaign & Demand Generation- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, content, social, events and paid media.
- Take ownership of smaller campaigns and marketing projects from brief through to execution, reporting and follow-up.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, deliverables and activity across internal/external partners.
- Build, schedule and manage marketing activity using relevant marketing platforms and tools.
- Support campaign activity designed to generate awareness, engagement and qualified pipeline.
- Coordinate landing pages, emails, forms, content and other campaign assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insight to help improve future activity.
- Ensure marketing activity is delivered accurately, on time and in line with brand and messaging guidelines.
- Support the planning and delivery of local events, conferences, webinars, customer events and other marketing activities.
- Coordinate event logistics including venues, suppliers, registrations, attendee communications, materials and branding.
- Work with Sales and regional teams to ensure events support local commercial priorities.
- Manage event promotion, registration and post-event follow-up activity.
- Coordinate with external event suppliers and partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Capture learnings and performance data to improve future events.
- Work with selected external agencies, suppliers, freelancers and third-party partners.
- Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables and feedback between internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage smaller projects with agencies and suppliers, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the required standard.
- Track agreed budgets, invoices and expenditure.
- Build strong, professional relationships with external partners.
- Support the creation, editing and distribution of marketing content across relevant channels.
- Coordinate with Content, Product Marketing, Digital and Creative to deliver campaign assets.
- Support website updates, landing pages, email marketing and other digital activity.
- Assist with social media activity and content distribution.
- Help maintain marketing assets, content libraries and campaign materials.
- Support the delivery of webinars and other digital engagement activities.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign plans and project trackers.
- Support CRM and marketing automation activity, ensuring data/campaign information is accurate.
- Assist with campaign reporting and analysis across channels and activities.
- Track campaign engagement, leads, pipeline contribution, and other relevant KPIs.
- Support the team with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices and supplier administration.
- Ensure marketing activity is accurately recorded and reported.
- Work closely with Sales, SDRs, Customer Experience, Product, Product Marketing and other teams to coordinate marketing activity.
- Support regional teams with local marketing requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure they are kept informed of campaign and project progress.
- Work collaboratively with specialist Marketing teams including Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Design and Web.
- Share ideas and proactively identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with developments in marketing channels, technology and best practice.
- Explore and adopt new tools and approaches that improve marketing effectiveness.
- Use AI and automation tools where appropriate to improve efficiency, content creation, research, analysis and campaign execution.
- Develop a test-and-learn mindset and look for opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
- 1–4 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B, SaaS or technology.
