Rainbows Hospice in the East Midlands seeks a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to welcome, support and empower volunteers across the organisation. You will help shape volunteering and champion its value, building strong relationships with staff and volunteers to deliver meaningful experiences.
You'll coordinate the volunteer journey from enquiry through onboarding, training and recognition, while enhancing processes and supporting delivery of the organisation's Volunteering Strategy.
