You will receive a Band 6 AfC salary with NHS pension and Agenda for Change terms and conditions.

As an Outreach Nurse Specialist, you’ll deliver high‑quality sexual health and contraception services directly into communities, focusing on people who may not otherwise access care.

• Provide expert, dual‑trained sexual health and contraception care
• Lead and deliver outreach to marginalised and underserved groups
• Identify unmet needs and design targeted interventions
• Work closely with partners including mental health services, homelessness teams, and voluntary organisations
• Ensure smooth pathways between outreach and clinic services for complex cases
