BRUSH Group is seeking an Operational Quality Lead to drive quality performance at the Transformers (Loughborough) site. You will ensure manufacturing, testing, inspection and delivery meet customer requirements and standards, while leading investigations into non‑conformances and mentoring the quality team.
The role requires a engineering/quality degree, 5+ years in quality leadership in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP and FMEA. Hybrid working options are available.
