BRUSH Group is seeking an Operational Quality Lead for the Transformers (Loughborough) production facility. You will lead quality performance, ensuring products are manufactured, tested, inspected and delivered to customer specs and standards.
In this role you will establish inspection plans, drive conformity, manage holds, and coach quality teams to deliver ongoing improvements while supporting site quality projects and compliance.
