Co.Bo.T is seeking an Operational Quality Lead to drive quality performance across production facilities. You will work with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Projects to reduce defects and improve first-time quality, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include leading root cause investigations, supporting Lean and CI initiatives, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications. Strong leadership and English fluency are essential.
