JT Recruit is seeking a dedicated Quality Operative to join our Quality & Inspection team in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment in Loughborough. The role focuses on 100% visual and dimensional inspection of machined components to ensure compliance with drawings and customer specifications before production release or dispatch.
The candidate will read engineering drawings, report defects, support non-conformance investigations, and assist with calibration and inspection records.
