Salary: £25,521.60 per annum + performance-related commission
Working hours / Shift patterns – 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM, Friday: 09:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

As an Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor within our outbound team, you'll be speaking to customers regarding mobile phone network services, new contracts, upgrades, and sim-only deals or Care Plan Agreements. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to talk through the offers and deals we have, whilst making sure they have all the information available to make an informed decision.
Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a telephone sales role, with our training and ongoing support you’ll be able to offer a world class sales experience.
Responsibilities- Proactively contact customers who are new and existing Currys customers.
- Help customers understand different handsets, deals and network providers and Care Plan Agreement.
- Ensure the customer has the best possible sales journey by giving great advice and all options.
- Build relationships with customers to convert one-time customers into customer for life.
- Work towards and aim to exceed sales expectations.
- Put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
- A commitment to providing great service.
- Customer Service experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of working towards targets.
- An interest in technology.
