Salary: £25,521.60 per annum plus performance‑related and target‑based commission.

Working hours:

40 hours per week, Monday‑Thursday 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM, Friday 09:30 AM – 03:30 PM.

Role Overview

As an Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor, you’ll speak to customers about mobile phone network services, new contracts, upgrades, sim‑only deals and Care Plan Agreements. You’ll use excellent communication skills to walk customers through our offers, ensuring they have all the information necessary to make an informed decision.

Do you have no experience in telephone sales? With our training and ongoing support you’ll be able to offer a world‑class sales experience.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively contacting new and existing Currys customers.
  • Helping customers understand the different handsets, deals, network providers and Care Plan Agreements we offer.
  • Providing great advice and all available options to give customers the best possible sales journey.
  • Building relationships to convert one‑time customers into lifelong customers.
  • Working toward and exceeding sales expectations.
  • Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Requirements
  • A commitment to providing great service.
  • Customer service experience, ideally within a contact‑centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of working toward targets.
  • Interest in technology.
