Commercial Account Handler

About the role

Howden is a global insurance group committed to diversity and inclusion. We are actively looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join our Consumer & Local Commercial team. The role involves building rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to CEOs, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.

• Build rapport with new and existing clients.
• Review client documentation to ensure it is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.
• Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention and exceeding customer expectations while meeting FCA requirements.
• Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support high levels of client service and internal process execution.
