Sales Engineer

Location: Kegworth

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing relationships with food manufacturers across the UK, understanding customer requirements and recommending technical solutions.

The position combines new business development with account management, giving you the opportunity to build long-term customer relationships while growing your own territory.

You'll be involved throughout the sales process, including:

* Customer visits and relationship building

* Identifying new business opportunities

* Equipment demonstrations

* Preparing quotations and proposals

* Supporting customers through installation and aftersales

* Working closely with technical and service teams

* Representing the business at exhibitions and industry events

About You

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:

* Technical Sales Engineers

* Sales Engineers

* Service Engineers looking to move into sales

* Applications Engineers

* Engineers from food manufacturing

* Candidates with experience of capital equipment or food processing machinery

You'll also have:

* Excellent communication skills

* Commercial awareness

* A proactive approach to developing business

* A full UK driving licence

* Willingness to travel across the UK with occasional overseas travel
