About the RoleAre you an experienced automotive sales professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving results? We’re looking for a Transaction Manager to join our Loughborough team, specialising in used car sales.
As a Transaction Manager at Sandicliffe Loughborough, you will play a pivotal role in maximising sales opportunities, ensuring compliance, and supporting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to deliver a seamless and exciting purchase experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring all finance, insurance, and paperwork is completed accurately and compliantly.
- Present and tailor finance and add‑on products based on customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers and guide them confidently through their purchasing journey.
- Support and coach the Sales team to improve performance and close deals.
- Conduct part‑exchange valuations and provide sound advice to customers.
- Maintain accurate records, diary management, and post‑sale follow up.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and drive showroom performance.
- Ideally previous experience in a Transaction Manager, Business Manager or similar role within an automotive dealership.

- Strong understanding of vehicle finance, insurance products, and compliance.
- Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A proactive, organised, and customer‑focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence
