Estate Agent, Sales

We're looking for an experienced, employed estate agent / valuer to lead our growth in Loughborough and the surrounding areas. Working from our head office in Rearsby, you'll run a full end-to-end service, from winning instructions through to getting sales over the line, with the autonomy to build and manage your own portfolio of clients. You'll be a fully 360 agent, owning the complete customer journey: generating your own business, carrying out valuations, managing your pipeline and progressing sales through to completion.

This role will suit someone with three to five years’ experience in estate agency who's comfortable handling everything from business generation and valuation through to sales progression. You'll be a confident, fully rounded agent who can work independently and take ownership of a territory. Just as important, you'll be highly personable, naturally creative and entrepreneurial, at home using social media to build your brand and quick to embrace technology and AI to work smarter.
