European Development Director - Logistics

The company An innovative Logistics looking to further develop their European revenue streams. The role A senior commercial Logistics leader who creates and drives growth strategies and revenue targets across European territories. High-Value Sales ("Player/Coach"):
Personally originate, pitch, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements with mid-to-large Logistics customers in our Client's sector. Partner with R&D, product, finance, marketing, and operations to adapt solutions to European regulatory and market requirements. Lead and execute a cohesive sales programme to ensure revenue and profit growth in line with the business plan. The applicant Previous experience of developing International Logistics revenue streams primarily across Europe.

Excellent communication skills combined with the intellectual capacity to sell the concept in a trustworthy, personable and professional manner. Resilient, demonstrating confidence in your own ability along with a positive approach. Leadership, willing to take the lead and make difficult decisions. Evaluating and solving problems, able to provide strong logic and objectively interpret data to establish the key facts. Ideal candidates will have held a similar European Director role in a logistics business and have experience developing C-suite strategic relationships with partners.

This role will require frequent travel across Europe. You will be experienced in negotiating and closing multi-year, high-value partnership, licensing or revenue share contracts Using your experience to create innovation and out-perform your competitors.
