What You Will Do
  • Conduct assessments of children in need or at risk to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of children and families.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and provide timely reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Attend case conferences and meetings as required to advocate for the best interests of children.
  • Liaise effectively with external agencies, including schools, healthcare providers, and law enforcement.
  • Offer guidance and support to families, helping them access resources and build resilience.
