Royal Mencap Society in Nanpantan, Loughborough, is hiring two Support Workers to help four adults with learning disabilities live independent lives. The role offers £12.71 per hour for 22.5 hours weekly, across shifts from 7:00–14:30 or 14:30–21:30, with every other weekend off. Training, DBS checks and genuine care for people are central.
We welcome applicants with the right attitude and enthusiasm, and a full manual driving licence is advantageous as occasional outings may be required.
