This full-time role requires excellent relationship-building skills, at least 5 years of experience in community sports, and a focus on addressing inequalities. The successful candidate will collaborate with local partners and influence wider policy agendas to create meaningful social impact.

The position also includes national travel and on-site work at Sport Park.
