£14.59 per hour Monday Thursday: 7:00am 3:30pm | Friday: 7:00am 3:00pm Ongoing Position | Overtime Available Quest Employment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Traffic Management Operative to join a busy highways team in Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with traffic management or highways experience looking for long-term, stable work.

Key Responsibilities Installing and removing temporary traffic management signs and equipment Following traffic management plans and site instructions Carrying out vehicle and equipment safety checks Supporting the delivery and collection of traffic management resources Ensuring work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations Assisting with emergency call-outs when required Supporting colleagues on site and reporting any issues to Supervisors Assisting with general highway maintenance activities as required Requirements Previous experience within traffic management, highways, or a similar environment Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team Relevant traffic management qualifications required What's On Offer?
