Looking for a stable, long term role with a leading logistics company? Barker Ross is recruiting experienced FLT Reach Truck Drivers to join a friendly and supportive warehouse team in Coalville, Bardon (LE67).

Whether you're looking for a Monday to Friday shift or the flexibility of 4 on 4 off, we have shifts to suit you.

Pay & Shifts

Monday to Friday (Rotating) 6:00am to 2:00pm / 2:00pm to 10:00pm £14.50 per hour
4 on 4 off 6:00am to 6:00pm £14.65 per hour

Your Role

As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for:

Operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving and replenishing palletised stock
Picking and packing customer orders
Supporting general warehouse operations
Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

What We're Looking For

Valid FLT Reach Truck licence (nationally accredited preferred)
In house licences also considered, with refresher training provided where required
Previous Reach Truck and warehouse experience
Good attention to detail
Reliable with a positive attitude
