Inventory Controller

Up to £30,000

Shepshed, Leicester
Shift: Monday – Friday (Days)
Are you looking to join an energetic, friendly and close-knit team? We are looking for an Inventory Controller to work with a reputable engineering supplier and servicing business, this is a great opportunity to start a career within the engineering sector.
Inventory Controller Responsibilities:
Maintaining stock levels, through stock takes and stock audits.
Work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure stock availability and minimise shortages.
Engagement with members of the public and potential clients ensuring a high level of customer service.
Support efficient goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring accurate booking and labelling procedures.
Inventory Controller
Experience:
Experience with in industrial supplies, manufacturing, distribution, or a similar environment.
Knowledge of continuous improvement or lean warehouse principles.
Forklift licence (Counterbalance or Reach).
