• Support warehouse operations by coordinating daily planning activities & maintaining accurate system data
• Enable smooth workflows, optimise resource allocation, and support achievement of service level targets
• Plan and allocate an appropriately skilled workforce to meet operational requirements, based on throughput volumes and productivity rates
• Manage booking schedules and templates for both inbound and outbound operations, while maintaining effective relationships with hauliers

• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good experience and understanding of systems such as Blue Yonder & booking systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
